Odoo stores your Twilio login details so it has permission to use your account.
When you send an SMS, Odoo automatically chooses "Twilio" as the delivery route instead of its own standard system.
Odoo takes your message and the customer's phone number and hands it over to Twilio.
Delivery: Twilio acts as the postman, receiving the instruction from Odoo and instantly pushing the SMS to the customer's phone.
Confirmation: Twilio tells Odoo "it's delivered," and Odoo shows you a green checkmark or delivery status right on the customer's record.
